KINTON RAMEN OAKVILLE

First time trying Ramen. The food was delicious and the service was prompt. We went with the original beef ramen. Having the option to add extra beef is handy if you need more protein. Takoyaki could use a side dip.

Food was good, like all other people’s reviews. But I want to share one tiny bit of room for improvement in services. My 10-year-old daughter ordered the Yuzu ice cream and got a bowl of two ice cream balls different from what she saw from the menu, so she was brave enough to bring it to the waiter’s attention. Waiter came back and said he confirmed with the manager that the cone was sure not part of the regular order. It would be extra charge! Really?? Change the whole menu then!! I work in the service industry. If I were the manager, I would be coming out of the office and hand deliver this piece of cone to this young customer and thank her for found a mistake on the menu, (even though it was not a mistake). Or at least let the waiter give her a piece of cone free of charge. What I see from this incident was a lack of passionate of the work and a lack of ownership of dealing with customers!! Because, saying NO to a girl is so easy.

I always like going to Kinton Ramen! This location is just as nice as the other ones I’ve been to! Staff are nice and food is amazing as well! And really like the value meal they have now too!

I came here for dinner and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious — full of rich flavor and perfectly prepared. The servers were so kind and welcoming, which made the atmosphere even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Kinton Ramen Oakville. The food tasted really good and fresh, and you can tell they care about quality. The restaurant itself looked very clean, which made the whole experience even better. Service was good as well – staff were attentive and everything came out smoothly. Overall, a solid spot for ramen. I’d definitely go back.

Pretty decent ramen, the 15.99 special is not bad for value but they don't include any toppings other than scallions and the protein. The spicy garlic beef ramen was super good!

We got the meal for 2, veggie gyoza with spicy beef and chicken soup. This is the second time I have tried this, different location and it's still the same review. The chicken is plain, the broth is nice though but not amazing. The spicy beef was wayore flavourful and the gyoza was super delicious. I love the concept of the place but the food is very basic for me.

Kinton Ramen of Oakville is a small and cozy restaurant that is full of flavor. We arrived around 530pm and the place was empty. Right before dinner rush. We were seated quickly. We ordered the meal for two deal. It includes an appetizer, 2 ramen and 2 sodas. We went with the pork Gyoza, beef Miso ramen and the spicy garlic pork ramen. The food came out quickly. The ramen was very delicious and flavorful. They condiments are strong so be aware. We ended up in the bathroom afterwards lol. Overall the experience was very good. If you are a ramen lover, give them a chance.
